Shipping policy

All orders placed through this website will be processed and dispatched within 3 business day upon receipt of payment.

Free shipping is provided for all items purchased and delivery time is estimated to be within 3 to 5 working days if no additional certification report is requested by the customer.

At the moment, Sheryl's Jadeite can only ship within Singapore and not internationally. We do not deliver to restricted areas of Singapore. 

All orders will be delivered personally by Sheryl's Jadeite staff and we require a receiving party to sign on the delivery order.
