Refund policy

An item purchased from us can be exchanged subject to the following conditions being met:

  1. Item must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery date;
  2. Item must be in its original packaging condition; and
  3. Original purchase receipt must be presented.

Items that are damaged or not in the original condition will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to determine if the item meets the condition for an exchange or refund. Buyer shall bear the cost of return shipping. Please email or WhatsApp us to arrange for an exchange or refund.

Sheryl's Jadeite sells natural, grade-A jade which may contain small imperfections such as lines, fibers, impurities and other features that are formed naturally. These natural imperfections in jadeite are normal and are not defects.

For Exchange

An item purchased from us can only be exchanged once and for items of similar or higher value (buyer will have to top up the price difference). There will be no cash refunds in any part or in full if lower priced items are selected.

For Refund

All jadeite pieces from Sheryl's Jadeite are guaranteed to be "Type A". Full refund will be provided if proven otherwise by a certification report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or Nan Yang Gemological Institute (NGI) within 30 days of purchase. Original copy of the certification report will need to be provided for verification. Sheryl's Jadeite reserves the right to contact the gemological laboratory for further verification before processing the refund.

Upon acceptance of refund, we will process your refund within 48 hours of acceptance and the original payment method used for the refund. It may take up to 4 to 7 working days for your credit card company to credit your account. We will also refund you the cost of the certification report.
